Welcome
to Pack 493
Mission Statement 2010:
Our initiative as a cub scout pack it to
provide the opportunity for young boys, grades first through fifth,
to form friendships that will last a lifetime while learning valuable
skills. These bonds are formed in a close knit environment that
emphasizes morals, values, self reliance, self confidence, team
work and honesty.
We as a pack believe there is no better way, for
the boys and their adult partners, to bond with one another and
acquire these life long essentials than through fun, adventure,
hands on learning and achievement. Each cub scout will experience
camping, fishing, hiking, picnics, various den activities and pack
activities. They will also have the opportunity to be involved in
organized functions for the betterment of the community.
